Welcome to Faithful Little Hands
Welcome! I’m Ashley, creator of Faithful Little Hands (formerly Tricky Toddlers).
I am a stay at home mom, artist, crafter, and chocolate-lover. My family and I live in the incredibly beautiful state of Colorado. We have 4 kids under the age of 6 who make us laugh and wear us out on a daily basis. We love road trips and family hikes, marathons of our favorite shows, and chicken wings. I am not very functional without coffee, but who is with 4 kids?
We are here to inspire parents, teachers, and child care professionals with creative Bible activities. We believe in giving kids the space to explore, be creative, and engage with their world in different ways. Our kids are my little guinea pigs for crafts, recipes, art projects, and everything else you see on this blog. They keep me creative, and I hope we can do the same for you.
All of our activities are designed for toddlers and preschoolers, but they can absolutely be modified for older kids. I tend to be lazy with my kids activities, so if it doesn’t include materials we always have on hand or it requires a trip to the store, it’s not happening. As a result, most of the activities you find here will be SUPER EASY to put together, and you’ll probably have most of the materials you need on hand. They also won’t require much clean up!
Through all of this we hope to build a strong community of parents and teachers who encourage each other in the work of raising up a generation of godly kids. We want to get to know you! So share your stories and experiences with us by joining our Facebook community, commenting on our blog posts, and connecting with us on other social media platforms.
